ATEbank: Employment of financial advisors for the divestment process in DODONI S.A. and in ATEbank ROMANIA S.A.

ATEbank announces that the B.o.D. (session of 3.10.2011) decided the employment of financial advisors in order to commence the divestment process from its participation in DODONI S.A. and ATEBANK ROMANIA S.A.
Furthermore, the B.o.D. decided the acquisition of the participation of International Finance Corporation (15%) in ATEBANK ROMANIA, in the context of the existing shareholders agreement.
