Piraeus Bank Romania launches a service for individuals and companies, which allows the making of international payments in over 120 exotic currencies, by means of an open account in EUR or USD.
The platform used for the money transfers/ payments conducted via “GlobalPAY” is set-up in partnership with Deutsche Bank. Thus, both individuals and companies will be able to transfer money or make payments out of a EUR or USD account without any supplementary currency exchange operations and without needing a current account in the currency they intend to transfer.
