Erste Group raises dividend proposal to AGM to EUR 0.70 |

The management board of Erste Group has decided to raise its original dividend proposal of EUR 0.65 to EUR 0.70 (2009 dividend: EUR 0.65) as a result of improved profitability in 2010 and the excellent capital position of the bank. The supervisory board has approved this proposal on 18 March 2011, said the bank in a press release.
Erste Group increased net profit in 2010 by 12.4% to EUR 1,015.4 million and improved its core tier 1 ratio from 8.3% to 9.2%.
