Bancherul - BANCI / ENGLISH / Emporiki Bank refinances the customer’s loans offering one of the best interest rates

Emporiki Bank, member of the French Group Credit Agricole, lunches today the promotional Refinancing Campaign, offering one of the best interest rates and no commission fees, said the bank in a handout.

Promotional interest rates are variable, based on Euribor at 3 months + 4.5% for mortgage loans and Euribor at 3 months + 5.5% for personal loans with mortgage and are offered to all customers who choose to transfer their income to Emporiki Bank.

Therefore for a refinanced loan amounting 40,000 euro the customers will pay a monthly rate of:
 227.12 euro, DAE 5.90%, total amount to be reimbursed: EUR 81,761.62, for a mortgage loan;
 252.83 euro, DAE 6.96%, the total amount to be reimbursed: EUR 91,017.80, for a personal loan with mortgage.

The maximum granting period is 30 years and is necessary to achieve a life insurance. For customers who choose to refinance their loans during the Refinancing Promotional Campaign period, January 10 to February 28, 2011, Emporiki Bank does not charge any commission.
