The bonds issued by the Romanian company Advanced Retail System (ADRS18) will float on AeRO platform of Bucharest Stock Exchange, on December 7, 2015, becoming the second corporate bonds issue listed on this market. The company gathered almost RON 4mn in October 2015, by selling 3-yrs maturity bonds at a fixed interest of 10% p.a., payable on a quarterly basis.
The company Advanced Retail System is active in the real estate market, by renting spaces for SUPERBET, sports gambling agencies. 90% of the company’s turnover is gained from space renting services and auto rentals.
In H1.2015, the company registered a turnover of RON 17.3mn (EUR 3.9mn). For the entire 2014, the turnover was RON 18.1mn (EUR 4.1mn), compared to RON 965,000 (EUR 218,000) in 2013. The net profit for the first six months of 2015 reached RON 401,000 (EUR 99,000). In 2014, Advanced Retail System registered a net profit of RON 371,000 (EUR 83,000), compared to a loss of RON 122,000 (EUR 27,000) in 2013.
